A combination of Massage and Reiki. Long, therapeutic massage strokes mixed with energy work crystals, aromatherapy, sound heaing, tuning forks, adn sumdging. Aligns and clears chakras (energy centers) and relieves physical tension. Good for emotional healing and overall health.

Massage Therapy
I offer therapeutic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cupping. Free aromatherapy included in each session. Vibration/percussion and hot towels may be used to encourage relaxation of the muscle with trigger point therapy massage. Structural Therapy may also be used to help with alignment. Massage will alleviate soreness and pain while removing knots from the muscles.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is an option for all trimesters, For first trimester, I offer morning sickness relief with essential oils.
For second and third trimesters, I provide a prenatal support option so you can lie on your stomach safely and get massaged! If you're not comfortable with the prenatal support, I offer side-lying massage.
